Ordered 2 from 2 different vendors... both times bottles leaked out that had to file claims. Second time FedEx file the claim themselves before even making delivery. Bottles do not have any kid of seal other than screw on cap that's not very tight. Apparently when delivered from sea level to Colorado in the summer the bottles do arrive looking like balloons. I got my stock on the to hold me off until target pickup the platinum collection fluid...
As far as fluid works great, better than rug doctor that I used previously.

Good stuff but does not go very far. I really can not say that it is any better than the less expensive Hoover Ultra shampoo.
